Training Program Development

EveRui has its own research and development team, and the core members have the background as the world's top 500 enterprises' executives. Both English and Chinese can be taught, both the deep integration of management and psychology can be achieved and both theory and practice can be integrated. It has strong program developmental strength. Currently in this field, EveRui can cooperate with customers in three ways:


1、Self-Owned Copyright Programs & Situational Customized Programs 

    Founded more than ten years, EveRui has owned more than 10 copyright programs including “Consultative Managers”, “Seminar of Accurate Strategies ”, “Channel Winning”, “Go Blue Leadership Sand Table” , “Three Driven Forces of Performance ” and other more than ten pure independent copyright programs.

    Cooperation mode: customized high-context internal training programs; Based on the actual pain points of customers, secondary development and customization is carried out on the basis of EveRui copyright course framework to effectively achieve the course objectives, which has the following characteristics:

Case Study:

More than 50% of the cases are collected from the actual situation of participants through investigation; At the same time, cases will be collected efficiently on the spot, and the trainer will summarize and classify the core problems on the spot, so as to guide the participants to find out the solutions to the core problems.

Situational Simulation:

According to the actual needs and situations of customers, participants will be professionally customized to simulate the situation, conduct role play, do actual practice, and the trainer will facilitate them to self-reflection, as well guide and correct them.

Customized Games:

Combining industrial characteristics with the needs of customers, EveRui can design a training game that fits the real work situation, embedding the theoretical knowledge of management into the game layer by layer, so as to achieve happy teaching while ensuring the classroom effect.



2、Sharing Copyright Programs: the Localized In-depth R&D of the Global Programs 

    Since its establishment, EveRui has always pursued the integration of international advanced management theory into the practice of Chinese enterprises. Therefore, EveRui team tries to connect more than ten years of management consulting experiences with domestic market needs, so as to sort out the unique knowledge systems and methodologies.

    Cooperation mode: Sharing the copyright with the client. EveRui team will lead the program development, through comprehensive diagnosis and investigation, help customers to develop quality programs:

The output package led by EveRui includes but is not limited to just be program PPT, syllabus, games, cases and so on.

3T certification:

EveRui team and the clients' internal trainers cooperate to develop the specific programs. The customer can participate in the development activities, after the programs had been successfully developed, EveRui can conduct the TTT certification to the customers’ internal trainer team.



3、Co-creative TTT: R&D of Companion Programs

The Co-creative TTT Project is one of the EveRui’s boutique projects. This project adopts the three methods of “micro-consulting service process & the development of customized programs & programs certification”. The 3 methods integrate with each other, can produce not only a set of customized program packages, but also a group of qualified internal trainers who can deliver this program in a quality way.


Cooperation means: after both sides signed the cooperation agreement, EveRui will provide the support from “internal trainer selection to internal program promotion”, from topic selection、 programs development, to new program releasing and internal trainer certification” and so on, throughout the development period, EveRui team will always stay with you.


Internal trainer selecting and the topics' development and selection outputting:

Based on the enterprise's internal talent incubation goals, EveRui develops effective selection criteria and choose appropriate internal trainer teams and develop periodic training plans. 

Situational Teaching and Training:

Avoiding traditional teaching mode of "instructor-centered and the main line of PPT contents", EveRui leads participants to learn and grow in actual combat, pays attention to "on-the-spot instant counseling and problem solving", and designs a diversified learning mode centering on the participants, like the World Coffee, Instant Discussion, Brainstorming and so on. Through these, participants' interest can be triggered and the learning outcomes will be improved significantly.

Achievements Outputting: Standard Program Packages & Certifications of Internal Trainers:

After the project, the new program will be released and internal trainers will be certified. In the end, EveRui delivers not only the program itself, but also a group of outstanding internal trainers
